Little bit about yourself:

I have always competed in any of the sports I`ve been active in and competed at world level in my younger years.
As I like to try to push myself in whatever sport I am involved with, competing is my way of staying focussed and having goals to work towards.
Love to see what I can achieve when I put my mind to it.
I have a very busy stressful full time job so it’s a real challenge to fit everything in but that’s all part of the appeal of testing myself.

As well as Bodybuilding I also compete in Strongwoman competitions and last year I came 2nd overall in Wales Strongest woman and hold the official title of Wales strongest Master.

How long have you been competing for?

This is my 3rd year, started by randomly entering a Pure Elite show after dieting for a while then realised I wanted to do bodybuilding shows.

How long have you been training for?

I have always trained but mostly it’s been specific to the sport I was doing rather than gym work.
Started doing more of the bodybuilding style training about 3 years ago.

What your category?

Just moved from Figure to Women’s Physique.
I still need to grow a lot for this class but I really struggle with figure posing due to historic injuries and it doesn’t showcase my physique very well.

Most Notable Achievement?

Getting top 3 placing in my shows last year in masters categories at 2 Bros/ NPC Ben Weider and Mecca Classic.

How do you managed to stay in shape during lockdown?

I am very fortunate that due to my busy job I decided a few years ago to get some gym kit for the garage for when i needed to fit a quick session in.
This means that when we went into lockdown I have been able to keep training and it has kept me sane through the last 12 months.

What are your goals?

My goals are to keep progressing and to win my categories by being the best I can be.

Who is your coach?

I am now working with Kuba Cielen/MKElite and loving my new approach to training and food and feel it’s working really well for me so I am hoping this year I can get into the much needed condition and improve my performances from last year.
