So that 13 shows can provide along with 3 guys from points qualification standing another 16 athletes with places at Olympia unless someone who already been qualified wins one the shows, and this could be a the case in Ireland. Because winner of the first Irish show in 2018 David Henry is expected to return this year.

DAVID HENRY

His last two shows where Mr Olympia where he place 11th and Legion Sport Fest where he took 1st place.

JAMIE DO REGO

His appearance in Ireland is not yet confirmed as he is primarily preparing for New Zealand Pro show that takes place two weeks before, last year he placed 4th there at this Pro Debut. But he travelled to Ireland and was ta the audience to support the athletes he is coaching.

SAMI AL HADDAD

This come at no surprise as Sami done both previous Muscle Contest shows placed 2nd in 2018 and 1st last year and admitted he really likes coming to Limerick. Hi last two shows where Romania where he placed 2nd and Olympia with 6th place.

HAMEED JUMA

Another Bahrain bodybuilder, Hammed won his Pro Card in Ireland in 2018 and returned in 2019 as a Pro placing 2nd. His last show was Legion Sports Fest where is got 6th place.

ENRICO HOFFMAN

30 year old Phoenix only done 2 pro shows so far last year, since winning his pro card in Prague in 2017. He placed 3rd at Indy Pro last year.

JULIAN LEE RAMDHARI

This is going to be his PRO DEBUT, Julian is from South Africa won his pro card at stack line up UK`s Ben Weider Classic march last year.

DANIEL STICCO

Same as Julian, Italian bodybuilder will Debut at the Pro stage and his last amateur winning show was in Padova last october where he received Pro Card along with Harry Harris.

PIERRE CHAMOUN

Swedish veteran has been a competing since 2006 and 2010 at the Pro stage, his last two shows where Muscle Contest and Romania where he placed 9th on both.

JAMES LLEWELLYN

2008 British champion, former Olympian and popular coach who placed 8th last year in Ireland, will return this year and is expected to bring several athletes along with him who are going to support him and also will compete in pro qualifier.

OLEH KRYVYI

Last year Muscle Contest Brazil sensation from Ukraine who grabbed top in his Pro Debut ahead of Ricardo Correia is set to return to Ireland where he won his pro card last year. His last Pro show was Olympia where he place 13th.

Following two athletes won their Pro card back in 2018 at Amateur Olympia in San Marino.

First one is SAHAR KAZES from Israel, who`s last year appearance on Irish stage was his Pro debut where he placed 4th.

And then we have second Italian in the line up PASQUALE D`ANGELO, he has done 4 pro shows so far, placed 6th in Ireland last year and his last show was NY Pro with 11th spot.

ROB TAYLOR

And then we have current British Champion Rob Tylor, Rob might do a Pro Debut at New Zealand show before hand. He is currently going through some issues which I dont think its up to me to talk about, he is very open about all of them to his fans on social media so if you want to show your support make sure you follow @themuslceunit account instagram.

That`s the list I have so far, in previous years we had around 10/11 athletes so as you can see its likely number will be greater this year.

Few more mentions of Brits who will take on stage of the Irish Pro Qualifier.

Gavin Gibson

Paul Latham

Wande Kimaro

Adam Edwards

If you are from Ireland and still not sure after all above if you wanting or not come to this show, I can assure you there will be several interesting personalities from around bodybuilding and fitness community such as coaches, Pro athletes ect, who will be at that show.

Some of these include:

Darren Ferrell, Jon Lofthouse, Emma Gormley, David Fox and whole Derry Pro Gym, Josh Coyle,
Billy Garnon (Host and MC of NPC/Ifbb Pro League), Ib Sanni, Michelle Brenan and many more.
