European and World Champion who has been representing UK from 1970 all the way through to 2005 at Nabba, Wabba and IFBB international stages with great results.
Ian arrived in UK at the age of 9 from Jamaica.
Back in the day he was training at famous Wag Bennett’s gym in Forest Gate,and he got to know a young Austrian named Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He now owns a London Gym – Dowe Dynamics
Has been a coach and training partner of many great athletes including Ms Olympia Andrulla Blanchette in early 90s.
Some of the names he stepped on stage with are Muntzer, Jablonicky, Mike Ashley, Maszewski, Fileborn, Brzoska, T.Scheu, Gaspari and many more.
Had been featured on cover of many bodybuilding magazines at his peak including Health and Strenght, Bodybuilding Monthly and Bodypower.
